• Please note that when you receive the car, the full Security deposit will be collected. The Security deposit can be paid in any other currency equal to the insurance value, and it will be refunded in the same currency.

• Please be noted that the total charge which will be collected in booking payment via Cash at the pickup includes: a- The rental value b- The pick-up and drop off charges c- Security deposit which will be refunded back at the drop off
• 15000EGP For Level Compact-Sized Sedan Vehicless.
• 20000 EGP For Level Standard-Sized Sedan Vehicles.
• 30000 EGP For Levels a- Compact SUV Vehicles b- SUV Vehicles c- Family-Sized Vehicles

The daily rate is calculated on the basis of 24-hour. Any differences between the pickup and drop off will be calculated as follows:

• Any delay in the vehicle drop off time, you will be charged for 200 EGP for each delayed hour.
• In case of mutual agreement on delaying the drop off time the following charges will be applied: a- UP to 2 hrs.: Free of charge b- 2-6 hrs.: ½ Day Cost c- 6+ hrs.: Full day
• Note: We should agree upon any extension or delay at Least 72 HRS prior to the drop off date.
• The contract period will not be renewed unless you notify us at least 72 hours before the delivery date of your desire to renew it, so that we can review the possibility of renewing the car or not or review the possibility of providing alternatives.

Your rental starts and ends according to the pick-up and drop-off dates and times written and agreed from your side in the confirmation.

Modifying the booking:

• In case of late pickups we will not refund the rental value of the unused time.
• The waiting hours shouldn't exceed one hour - 500 L.E for every extra waiting hour.
• In case of early drop offs, During the Summer Season we will refund half the rental value of the unused days & throughout the year, we will refund the full amount.
• The agreement is never renewed without issuing a renewal contract for the leased car and collecting the full renewal value. Otherwise, possession of the car will be considered illegal, and the company has the right to immediately collect it from the customer.
• No Shows:
• If you are unable to pick the car up at the agreed time, place and date, it is essential you contact us at least 48 HRS, before the rental starts.
• If you do not, there is no guarantee that the car will still be available and you will not be entitled to any refund.

• If you cancel your booking 2 weeks or more before the rental starts, the deposit shall be totally refunded
• If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks in before the rental, the deposit shall be refunded minus 3000 LE.

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time may qualify for a full refund.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.

• Changes to bookings (dates, times, or vehicle class) depend on availability and may incur additional costs.

• The number of daily kilometers allowed is 150 km, and the excess kilometers are calculated according to the category of cars sent in the price quote.
• Kilometers of the rental is calculated from our parking lot at Nasr City, till the vehicle's return to the parking again.
• It is not allowed to amend the agreed-upon kilometer system after the start of the contract and receipt of the car
• Please note that the fees for receiving and delivering the car outside the company's headquarters are for transportation and an allowance for the pickup and delivery representative and do not include the value of the kilometer and the gasoline calculated since the car left or returned to and from the company's headquarters.

• You will be entitled to pay cleaning costs if the vehicle requires more than the usual standard cleaning (i.e. smell removal, if the car needs car care, spill of liquids, cigarette burns on seating etc.)

• You should return the Vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when rented.
• We will refund back the fuel value if you return the vehicle with a greater amount of fuel than when you received it.

• Fuel & Kilometers of the rental is calculated from our parking lot at Nasr City, till the vehicle's return to the parking again.
• In case of any damages or accidents, dropping of the vehicle at the agency is a must and the damages will be calculated according to the insurance system chosen by the customer, whether the accident was the result of the tenant's or third party's fault. Please note that the company is not responsible for dealing or negotiating with any third party in accidents or damages, whether the accident was the result of the tenant's or third party's fault. The customer (second party) is the only party that the company will contact to estimate and collect the value of the damages.
• The charges don't include any parking fees (and don't include additional waiting hours at the airport)
• No tips or gifts are allowed to be given to representatives
• Receiving or returning the vehicle at the airport must be in the parking lot, to avoid the traffic penalty 3000 EGP
• Delivery to the customer outside Cairo will be in the governorate's capital, next to the Capital Security Directorate building.
• A sum of 2000 EGP will be withheld from the refundable contract security deposit as a penalty for violations, and this amount will be refunded by following up with the customer service department within two weeks of the delivery date
• In the event of any traffic violations during your rental period, we have the right to demand payment from the other party, who is obligated to do so, even if the violation occurred after the car was returned. An administrative fee of 100 EGP will be added for all violations during the rental period, even if there is only one violation during that period.

1- The INSURANCE covers:

• In case of accidents or partial theft & Loss:

o The lessee shall pay an excess value as a maximum limit (if repair cost is lower, the lower amount is paid):

 Level Compact-Sized Sedan Vehicless: 15,000 EGP

 Level Standard-Sized Sedan Vehicles: 20,000 EGP

 Levels Compact SUV Vehicles, SUV Vehicles & Family-Sized Vehicles : 30,000 EGP

• In case of total theft, fire & Loss:

o The lessee shall pay 10% of the market value at the time of the accident for the rented car, in addition to the rental value of 60 days.

2- The INSURANCE doesn’t cover:

• 1- Windscreens, wheel, mirrors, tires, hubcaps, sunroof glass, sumps, engine oil pan unless it was Lost/damaged in an accident.

• 2- All oils, liquids, time belts, front and rear brakes unless it was Lost/damaged in an accident.

• 3- Cleaning & damage charges to the car’s interior.

• 4- All the car’s trunk contents listed in the VIR.

• 5- All the car’s interior contents and accessories.

• 6- 25% of the airbags value.

• 7- Immobilization Fees (while the car cannot be rented out).

• 8- Cost of towing the car.

• 9- Fees of filing a police report.

• 10- Fees of receiving the car from the police’s detention.

• 11- Any required fines or compensations for any governmental or non-governmental organization for any loss that may be suffered by others from the accident.

3- The lessee will lose the insurance coverage if:

• 1- The lessee holds an invalid or unauthorized driving license.

• 2- If the damages, theft or fire were resulted from revolutions, terrorist acts or natural disasters.

• 3- If the accident was resulted from a legal violation of traffic laws or any of the applicable laws in Egypt.

• 4- If the accident was resulted from driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or use the vehicle in doing acts.

• 5- If the accident was resulted from misuse of the vehicle.
